Program Overview:

Our Boxing Fundamentals class is the core of everything we do at Xavi Boxing. It's a full-body session built around real boxing technique — not a cardio class with gloves on. Every class follows the same proven structure: warm-up, technical work, bag rounds, pad work, and conditioning. Whether it's your first day or your hundredth, the format stays the same but the intensity scales to you.

You'll start with a dynamic warm-up that includes skipping rope, shadow boxing, and mobility work to get your body ready to move. From there, the coach introduces or reinforces a technical focus for the session — this could be anything from perfecting your jab to working on defensive movement and head positioning.

The main block of the class is built around heavy bag rounds and partner pad work. This is where you put the technique into practice under real training conditions. Coaches move around the floor, giving corrections and feedback so you're always improving. You're not left in the corner figuring it out alone.

Every class finishes with a conditioning block — short, sharp exercises designed to build the endurance and mental toughness that boxing demands. Think burpees, sit-ups, press-ups, and bodyweight circuits. It's tough, but it's over fast, and it's the part that builds real fitness.

The class is designed so that beginners learn proper form from day one while experienced boxers are pushed to sharpen their skills and raise their intensity. Everyone works together on the same floor, at their own level.
